  1. My bathroom sink is draining a little slow and lately gunk has come floating up. My lease specifically says that I’m not permitted to use Drano kind products. My question is why not? Might it be bad for the conduits. And If something is used by me and will a plumber be able to inform it does not work? Any other guidance about what I could utilize to clear the drain perhaps something home made or more natural?.
